This interesting museum complex, known as "rem for short, includes the "Zeughaus [Armoury], "Weltkulturen [World Cultures] and "Schillerhaus museums, the "Forum Internationale Photographie" [Forum for International Photography] and the "Zephyr Gallery".
As one of the most renowned exhibition houses in Europe, its 11,500m² offer a unique and impressive range: precious craftsmanship, paintings and sculptures from various style periods, historic photographs, musical instruments and costumes, archaeological finds, various artefacts from cultures outside Europe and deceptively real-looking stuffed animals.
